Unless he was cloned.... "Chloe, check his history records when you have the chance. I have to get going." Glancing at Diana, "It was nice meeting you, Ms. Diana." And he zipped off.

A small hiss escaped his lips, before he looked at Batgirl. "...we'd better get moving. Get your equipment ready, and I'll keep the seas clear for you."

"Goodbye," said Diana as he zipped away.
She sighed. "Whoever it was, I broke his arm rather badly. Won't he need medical treatment for it?"

"Righto!!" she saluted, sprinted off.

"Well the Icicle's records indicate no signs of healing regeneration, so it might be a while until he goes manhunter on his targets." said Chloe, working on the computer.

"Hey, Diana!" Shiera called. "I'm still keeping the Zeta Tube warm. I'm heading to my home in Metropolis. You coming or not?"

With a small hum, he gave Chloe a nod. "Let me know when Batgirl's ready. I'll be waiting." With that, he walked through the Zeta Tube he had come from; vanishing.

"See if you can find who is treating him, then, if he has no healing abilities or medical experience," said Diana, heading off to Shiera.
"Right, coming," she said.

Well, considering she doesn't know exactly what that entails, it might be worth hacking hospital records in London for someone with a ridiculously broken arm. Or looking up if law enforcement knows of any underground doctors that would do the same.
