"...so, what are we dealing with today, Chloe?" this man hummed as he approached the people present; taking notice of Diana, though remaining quiet about her presence for now. If she were here, chances were that one of the three others had brought her here. |

Bringing up a holographic image of newscast of Dakota City, "A turf war caused some gas to spread across Dakota City; either killing people or mutating them. SHIELD quarantined the place, so there's no way of getting in. However, security around sea is lacking. I need you and Aqualad to get Batgirl into the city, so she can get samples of the gas for you guys to bring back here." |

Glancing at Shiera, he can see her holding Starman's staff. |
