Nick Fury's aging has been slowed greatly by the Infinity Formula, a serum created by Dr. Berthold Sternberg. He is in his late 60s, though he looks like he's in his late 30s.
Nick Fury has trained as a paratrooper, ranger, demolitions expert and vehicle specialist. He holds an unlimited-tonnage, all-seas license as a commander of ocean-going vessels. Fury has completed Special Forces training, and has been an agent of the OSS (Office of Special Services) and a liaison of the MI-5 (British Secret Intelligence). He is a seasoned unarmed- and armed-combat expert, was a heavyweight boxer in the Army, and holds a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu.
Weaknesses:
Although he has acute healing factor, he is still a human being that cannot stand toe-to-toe against highly powered foes. Also, Fury is highly a secretive man that makes people suspicious of him. Fury is a bit of a paranoid man who would use any source of dangerous power as weapons in a mean to one-up demi gods.
Personality:
Having been through many wars, and missions, Fury isn't one to let ANYTHING surprise him. Comes with the job of being director of SHIELD. He acts cold and tough, as if he doesn't have compassion in his heart when it comes to most of his decisions. If the situation truly calls for it, he will do the unthinkable. However, he has faith in heroes, and would go behind his superiors to help out one in need. He also has a soft spot for Captain America and Wolverine.

Son of Jack Fury, of the Howling Commandos during World War 2, who fought alongside Captain America.
During his time in the Vietnam War. Private Fury was doing recon, when he and his squad were captured by enemy troops and taken to their cells. Fury managed to escape, when he came across enemy researcher, Professor Sternberg, who secretly tried to recreate the Super Solider serum behind the enemy troops back...for a mysterious benefactor, which was later discovered to be someone from a rebuilding Hydra. Fury managed to stop the professor, but fell into the vat of the serum, known as the Infinity Formula, which was created using Wolverine's DNA. Now Fury, not only has a regenerative healing factor that comes close to Wolverine's, but he also had delay aging.
Nick Fury took training as an agent for the CIA, serving through until he took command as director of SHIELD. His first task was to try to recreate the Super Solider program, commissioning Dr. Bruce Banner to try to recreate the formula that made Captain America. We all know what happened, after that.
As of now, with threats growing too much to handle, as they come, Fury is working on a idea to create a response team unlike no other.
