The Kingpin is composed almost entirely of muscle that has been developed to enormous size, much like a sumo wrestler, and he possesses peak human strength with only the bare minimum actually being fat. His vast bulk shields him from many forms of injury, either providing padding or causing penetration wounds to only strike him relatively superficially. He has extraordinary skill in hand-to-hand combat, specializing in a number of martial arts, including sumo wrestling, judo, and hapkido. His fighting skills and unusual agility for a man of his size compensate for a great difference between his human level of strength and that of Spider-man when the two engage in unarmed combat (Spider-man also has severe inhibitions about using his strength against an opponent without superhuman powers for fear of killing him or her.) The Kingpin is a criminal genius and a highly skilled planner and organizer. He employs numerous henchmen, scientists, and even superhumans, almost all of whom are fiercely loyal to him due to dedication, fear, or both.
Weaknesses:
While he maybe the calm gentleman, he does have a short temper. Once he loses it, he's like a raging beast, like a bull, that'll lose his focus in a fight.
Personality:
Though he acts like the typical gentleman, he's the typical crimeboss armed with intelligence and knowledge of hiding evidence. While he solves problems with quick wit, and cruel cowardness, Fisk also believe in brute force, and can act like the rough muscled fighter in a bout. He is a strong believer in sacrificing even those close to you, as his father displayed on him.

Moriarty Wilson was a chubby child, made fun of by all the neighborhood children. His father was, as Fisk once put it, small-time hood, who wanted more out of life. One day he saw his father robbing a bank and wanted to follow his footsteps to gain his acceptance. Moriarty was then scooped up in his father's activities until he was arrested.
Moriarty spent years in prison where he made contacts and learned skills. When released, he fanatically trained himself in various methods of bodybuilding and personal combat, finally concentrating on the Japanese art of sumo. His sumo training probably led to his interest in the Orient, which would manifest itself in other ways.
Fisk educated himself by stealing books from stores and libraries, and became particularly fascinated by political science. He decided that another key to success would be in using political techniques in organizing and directing groups of criminals. It was his adoption of these techniques that caused him to be thought of as a political "kingpin of crime," a description which became his nom de crime. He built his criminal empire bigger and better than all others. He even used his computer skills to erase all records of his previous life, and replaced it with a fake one, renaming himself Wilson Fisk. He had his traitorous father killed, as revenge for leaving him to the police, using the method 'Sacrifices must be made'.
The Kingpin made expansions of his empire throughout many major cities...however, he had a thorn in his backside. One that goes by the name of the Daredevil, who had thwarted many of his schemes.
As of now, learning that Tombstone lost his seat to his criminal empire, and that the Green Goblin lost control of the Tombstone's seat, it wasn't hard for the Kingpin to take control of all criminal networks in New York...as well as OsCorp.
