He's also a powerful swordsman, with special blades that are made to cut through most metals in an instant. He's also very athletic and strong, a step below Captain America, and league below the Hulk.
But one of his major skills is his insane luck. He's often survived situations that would kill any other normal men with scratches and bruises.
Weaknesses:
Reiji's heavily reliant on his weapons. He's decent in hand to hand combat, but his arsenal is what keeps him on par with some of the bigger threats. Take those away, and he's a sitting duck. Despite his luck, he can get overpowered by other opponents at times, and will lose.
Personality:
Reiji's a very serious guy with a blunt personality and a high tolerance for arrogance. Very little things really set him off, and even then he doesn't get angry so much as he gets violent in an extremely calm manner. He likes joking around at times, and loves gambling. He's got a powerful poker face he enjoys using on and off the battlefield, and his stupid luck allows him to win most games. unless you're Gambit, don't play cards with this guy...

Reiji was born in Japan, under a father who had a contract with a secret organization. When he wanted to follow in his old man's foot steps, he took him under his wing to train. However, they encountered a powerful crime lord named Saya. Reiji had been extremely reckless in their fight with her, and his father ended up taking a mortal blow for him in a fight. When he woke up, Saya was gone, and his father was dead. So he abandoned his organization just to track her down, and his partner, Xiaomu, happened to join on his crusade. What adventures will wait for the two?
