Like his family line, Impulse has super speed that can go faster as the speed of light, maybe even faster. He can make wind funnels to making his molecules phase through solid objects. He can even talk fast and see things normal eyes would miss.
Weaknesses:
Impulse might be super-fast, but physically he's not strong. He tends to make spoilers of future knowledge, namely of people, their identities and such before they would be revealed.
Personality:
Impulse is hyperactive, very quirky and talks a lot. He comes to the present era like a tourist and is very excited to met his family. Impulse is the grandson of the second Flash, Barry Allen from the year 2056. However he never got to met his grandfather as he died trying to stop a villain.
His future is a bleak and decaying world, and he wants to prevent it. With a one-way time machine, he seeks to go back, prevent his grandfather's death and the horrible world that is to come.
