While its said she doesn't have any powers, she seemly have a strange reputation for spreading bad luck.
Weaknesses:
It seems bad luck tends to follow Cat, it is unknown if this is really a power of her's or not, so sometime when bad things happen they are often blamed on her.
Besides that, Felicia has no superpowers other than skill. While she has been able to defeat villains and at times heroes with powers, she can't defeat all of them.
Because of her father leaving her at a young age and then being sent to prison, she has a conflicting relation with men, dating a different one every once in awhile as if to fill the void.

Felicia, while raised high class and rich, so expect her to be a party girl and always seeking a different man. Though the reason for the latter is because she wants to find the perfect man if her life, something her father has failed to do. However, she acknowledge why he couldn't because he's in jail, however that is questioned as he choose to stay in prison because Spider-Man guilt tripped him, a man she was interested in but as of now is furious for what he influenced.

Felicia is the daughter of the renown cat burglar, Walter Hardy. He had trained her daughter in many thieving skills but he had to leave otherwise he's career would get to his family. Eventually he was arrested, and Felicia took up her father's legacy as the Black Cat.
She had been doing jewel thieves and other crimes, being the traditional femme fatale. When she came across the symbiote, she got to met up with the wallcrawler, Spider-Man. Since then she had a few run in with the hero, tending to help him out, finding him... 'interesting'.
However the relation came in question when Black Cat trying to free her father from prison, the entire facility was going through a jailbreak. Her father, being the man who shot Spider-Man's uncle, felt he needed to stay in jail. After saving Spider-Man form the Green Goblin, she stated to Spider on how she'll never forgive him, and left.
