Behold, the Iceberg Lounge! Known as the base of operations of one Oswald C. Cobblepot, this nightclub was actually one of Gotham's most prestigious places for the upper class to hang out, share stories, and have a drink. It was even an uncommon occurence of certain criminals to come here to unwind every so often. In any case, the deformed nightclub owner was sitting seemingly on his own in the lounge; officially, the place did not open until another couple hours, which left him and his henchmen to roam the place. Not that the esteemed Cobblepot minded the lack of company; in fact, it allowed for him to go over his own personal accounts without someone hovering over his back, whilst listening to some classical music now playing over the speakers placed around the building. The New World Symphony, Antonin Dvorak. One of the finest, if he said so himself. The ambience, however, did not last, as with the end of the first segment, Adagio, the screeching of a car braking was heard outside. "...hn?"
Having stopped outside the lounge, Joker laughed. "Next stop for demonic threats going to visit esteemed fancypants!" he called out.

Stepping out of the car, the vampire hummed as he looked at the establishment. "This looks like a dignified place to wait." Now, to know if this building is free for the public to walk in or not, cause if it isn't... he need an invite.

The appropriate response? The Joker quickly stepped out of the car and kicked the door open. "Just step on in!" Noticing that, Oswald rose to his feet; a hand moving towards a nearby umbrella. ...coming through the front door, Batman? he thought; as he couldn't quite see who was standing by the entrance. "Relax, Pengers; it's just me! I brought a guest!" While he didn't relax, he did move his hand away from the umbrella... slightly. With the Joker, one could never be too careful. "...what manner of guest, pray tell?" "He'll tell ya himself! Now I gotta go; I've got a bat to distract, after all!" With that, Joker leapt back into the car, and drove off in a screech. As Largo, the second segment, began playing, Penguin slowly sat back down in his chair. "...by all means, step inside then. We do not actually open until a few hours, but... I can make an exception."

Then, the man stepped into the building. Looking down at the stubby man, the vampire smiled with his fanged teeth, "Its been awhile, Cobblepot."

"...Vlad." Humming, Penguin remained at his seat and observed the man; foldings his hands together. "How curious to see you back in Gotham."

"Yes, despite my run in with the Batman, I truly admire this city." The count said, finding himself a seat, "So I decided to make Gotham my new nest for my children... along with others of my planned army."

"...an army, hm..." Humming, Penguin found a pair of glasses to set on the table, before taking out a glass of red wine. "...so you intend to let your followers roost in the dark alleys of Gotham before setting your sights on the rest of the world." He held the glass out. "Do you drink wine?"

"I do drink, don't I?" Dracula smirked, taking a glass. "In a way. Gotham, a city known for its dark side would be the main base for my invasion. While I had a brief visit to this city, I'm still unfamiliar with it completely."

"So you require someone to be your guide in Gotham." Penguin mused, as he poured himself a glass. "...I'm assuming that's why you associated yourself with ilk such as the Joker. Take it from a fellow connoisuer, Vlad; working with that man doesn't lend itself to sound results.

"True, but my main reason for seeking the Joker's aid is for his 'talent'." Dracula chuckled, taking a sip, "I plan to make a world of monsters, not just the supernatural, but of the human kind too. The Joker has been known to bring the worse of people."

"...quite. But I would still be wary around him. The Joker is not someone you can put a leash on; he will find a way to snap that leash off his neck, and attach it to someone else entirely... probably outfitting it with a bomb, just for a cheap laugh." Penguin mused dryly, before holding the glass of wine up. "Cheers." And he took a sip.

And Dracula returned the gesture, "I'm aware of the risks. I'm not like other vampires, I don't die as easily as the others, and I have no earthly connections anymore.... So he'll have nothing to threaten me."

"Trust me; he'll find a way." Penguin mused. "For the moment, though... let us enjoy the ambience." As he said that, someone else entered the lounge; slowly walking towards the Penguin and the vampire. "...guests at this hour, Cobblepot?" "Ah, I was expecting you." Penguin hummed, as he nodded to Dracula. "Vlad, I would like you to meet my newest associate, and my right-hand man... Bane." The masked luchador stopped by the table as he looked down at the two of them; positively towering over them. "...Vlad? As in Vlad the Impaler? Surely we do not accomodate fairy tales at this establishment, Cobblepot." "...we have some personal history." Penguin mused. "I would know; he's genuine, Bane." "...hm." Humming, Bane glanced at the vampire. "So the dark streets of Gotham lured you here? Or was it the prospect of the Bat roaming the night that allured you?"

"The former, I've already had my dealings with the bat for one lifetime." And he could have countless, no need to waste them.

Bane simply hummed at that. "...in any case... may I inquire how your ventures have gone?" Grunting, Bane sat down by the same table. "...it seems like the gangster known as Hammerhead made his move. He must have informed his commander regarding the information you fed him." "Information I would not have acquired were it not for your assistance, Bane." Penguin mused. "Hm..."
