While she works exactly like your average high school girl, she's got quite a bit of potential in acrobatics. She's also got a sharp mind, possibly inherited from her dad. She can think of various ways to get herself out of (or sometimes into) dangerous situations.
Weaknesses:
Well she's just about as vulnerable as your average human, of course. Though in her case, she has it worse due to her tenacity to jump into danger. It's another case of "biting off more than you can chew".
Personality:
Straight forward, and a bit blunt, April's the kind of person who'd speak her mind. However, she can be polite at times when she has to be. She's rather curious about the truth, and would risk her neck to go out and see what's really happening. She also wants to help the TMNT crew any way possible, even if they don't ask for it...

April was born and raised in New York, raised by a single father after her mother passed. She grew up on the news every day of her life, which ended up fueling her ambition to become a reporter one day. One day after school, she and her dad were captured by an organization. But she was never told why. The turtles came in and saved her, but sadly, her father was still captured. She was taken in by her aunt, and still goes to school, trying to avoid thinking about her dad's imprisonment. But she's incredibly grateful to the turtles for their efforts, and wants to help them out whenever she can.
