Terry's experienced in hand to hand combat, and trained to control various vehicles under his arsenal. His powered suit lets him fight enemies beyond his normal reach, fly, and do all sorts of amazing things.
Weaknesses:
Terry's the type to really put everything on his shoulders, and put a bit of pressure on himself. He's also a little cocky at times. While the suit is his greatest strength, it's also his greatest weakness. It can be shut down by a master hacker.
Personality:
Terry's a bit of a complex guy, he's a bit friendly and outgoing, he can be seen as a bit intimidating, and a little cold. When he's on the job, he tries to keep a serious tone, but his joker attitude tends to rear it's head from time to time. Due to the death of his father, he has a very strong grudge against gangs and things like that, so he may snap at times. But overall, Terry's a nice, and reliable guy.

Terry was born in Gotham City (unknowingly injected by the DNA of Bruce Wayne due to an experiment) and raised to be a regular student all around. Except that the environment he was born in was rather rough, getting into fights at school, and in the street alleys against the Joker Gangs. Not to mention his lackluster relationship with his father, in fact the last conversation he had with his father was an argument. One night, while Terry was supposed to be grounded, he snuck out, and got in (surprise surprise) another fight with another gang. Fortunately, Bruce Wayne showed up to pull his butt out of the fire, but not before he collapsed in exhaustion. Terry took him back to his manor, and accidentally stumbled upon the Bat cave, where Bruce quickly kicked him out.
When Terry came back home, he found that a Joker Gang broke in and murdered his father. His mother and little brother were devastated, but not as much as Terry, who blamed himself for not being there for him. Terry eventually came back to Bruce's manor, after stumbling upon a suspicious bit in his father's work. He took the powered Bat Suit and snuck into his father's company to see what was up. Needless to say, Bruce was furious. But after some words, he allowed him to use the suit. Since then, the two have been in sort of a rocky relationship, but Bruce is proud to have Terry as the new Batman. Because the world still needs Batman, especially in this chaotic era...
