While she's invincible to most blows, attacks from other kryptonians and even magic harms her.

Kara is a good kid who tries to do what's right and uses her powers for good just as her cousin. Like most high school girls, she wants to be accepted and make friends with her classmates, but doesn't want to use her powers and be selfish. She can be a daydreamer, having an overexertion imagination (She one time thought if she can't work out on Earth, she'll be a superhero on the moon). Like her cousin, she has a good heart, even making friends with her enemies.

Kara is Clark's biological cousin, being raised in Krypton's moon colony, Argo. When the planet was destroyed, the colony was sent into another dimension called Quasi-Space, a warp in space and time, where Clark was originally younger than her, he is now older.
At age 13, Kara got a fight with her parents and hid in her father's rocket, meant to connect with the main universe. That was how she met with her cousin in years.
She was raised by his foster parents and trained to use her powers by Clark while going to the local Smallville school, having what she describes 'Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade'. Just as Superman, she's been having her own trouble too; Besides trying to fit in, she had to deal with a clone of her called Belinda Zee, having to reverse a massive mutation of the school, a supercat called Streaky and even Lex Luthor's little sister Lena. The two girls she has a conflicting friendship with.
By the time she started high school, she had trouble with the imp from the 5th dimension, Mxyzptlk, giving her a first major battle outside her frienemies. Her school years are now behind her, now graduating high school and is joining her cousin officially in the superhero business.
