Gwen: His girlfriend, they got along at first, but recently she was drifting closer to Peter. By the time when he overheard she was ready to break off with him, he manipulated her to stay with him
Norman: His father, despite how he is cold to his son and have manipulate him and Spider-Man to believe Harry was the Green Goblin, he cares for his father and seeks his approval

Harry, like his father, is brilliant and is a genius with invention, but he's nowhere near Norman or even Spider-Man's level, but enough to understand and make gadgets of his own and understand his father's works.
He has goblin weaponry of his own, and by drinking he Goblin serum, he has super strength, speed, stamina and durability. However, it leaves him with a second personality of trying to be the perfect son for his father, a very vengeful and dark side that manipulate his friends with their love, and this is slowly rising to an even darker form...
Weaknesses:
Harry is mentally unstable, even before drinking the serum. He was insecure and always seeking his dad's attention, and his mom barely interacts with anybody. He tries to fit in at school, and have a good relation with his friends, but that feels like its beginning to strain.
Since he drinks the goblin serum instead of injecting it, Harry at first passes out over time because of it. However, it seems his body is getting used to it. However, what he doesn't know is that his body cells are mutating further because of the serum. Even if he knew what it did, he's an addict to the serum and won't stop so easily.
Personality:
Harry was once a good, smart kid who wanted to fit in with school and family, but because of pressure, he mutated his body trying to become a top athlete.
Since his father's 'death', he began to be more dark, seeking revenge on Spider-Man no matter the cost and have things his own way, like with Gwen.

Bio:
Harry was good friends with Peter and Gwen, they were the nerds of school but they had each other. When Norman met with his best friend, it seems the man saw more of a son in Peter than Harry, which made the boy jealous and tried to seek his approval through sports, drinking a serum from his father's lab.
This caused him to black outs several times and his father took advantage of this, blaming the Green Goblin identity as him. He was on vacation for a time and when he returned, he hoped things would be normal. He had a girlfriend with Gwen, he still got to hung out with the popular crowd, but things began to change when Gwen wanted to be with Peter, and then the Green Goblin returned... and Harry wasn't him!
It was his father who manipulated the whole thing! Spider-Man fought the villain, but it ended it what they believed was Norman's death. Harry used the funeral as an excuse to keep Gwen to stay and vow to seek revenge on Spider-Man.
Using the equipment his dad had left, Harry seeks the serum again, and costume the goblin gear to his own 'style'. Although, this 'New Goblin' won't be his only way of entering the super-frying pan.
