Cybernetic Body: Beta Ray Bill's life force and consciousness were transferred by scientists of his race into the body of an alien carnivorous equine-like beast that had been bionically restructured into a cyborg. Courtesy of highly advanced genetic engineering, he possesses vast superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability, and a highly extended lifespan.
Fighting Capabilities: Bill is a superior hand-to-hand combatant, both due to his cybernetic body, and the knowledge of combat abilities that were transferred into his body. His skill is tremendous; possibly being on par with that of an Asgardian.
Skuttlebutt: Bill's ship, the Skuttlebutt, happens to be sentient, and possesses enough firepower to conceivably destroy a planet, whilst also possessing proper databanks to upload foreign languages to Bill's mind instantaneously.
(Note: The following shouldn't be in effect until a tad later in the RP, but it's good to have it established beforehand.)
Stormbreaker: This Asgardian artifact is Bill's weapon of choice, and possesses similar, if not identical properties to the legendary weapon Mjolnir; being able to conjure thunderstorms, defensive barriers, electric projectiles, shockwaves, and it is also able to propel Bill into the air, to simulate flight.
Weaknesses:
Whilst not possessing any real physical weaknesses (as his body is a cybernetic construct meant to be a powerful weapon), Bill is undoubtly a very proud warrior. If this pride is tested or broken in some fashion, Bill may undertake some harsh extremes in order to rebuild his lost pride; some that might even seem underhanded by some.
Personality:
Being the champion of his race, Bill is the epitome of the proud warrior archetype; protective of his clan, respectful to those who he deems as powerful opponents, maddened if his pride is wounded, all that good stuff. Even if he respects his opponents, he generally never holds back in a battle, except maybe to lessen collateral damage; as a warrior, to do anything but his very best would be shameful.

A powerful demon once laid waste to the home planet of the Korbinites, which forced the survivors to flock to a spacefleet in order to find a new home. In order to defend themselves against the threat of this demon, the Korbinites took the essence of their most powerful warrior, and imbued it within a cybernetic shell resembling a humanoid, equine-like monster native to the destroyed home planet. This new champion was Beta Ray, named so due to the failure of their previous champion, Alpha Ray. Put in suspended animation aboard the ship Skuttlebutt, which would patrol the surrounding galaxies for the same demonic threat that had nearly wiped out the Korbinites, Beta Ray was sent to the far reaches of the solar systems.

While tempting to just toss him in there, it'd make more sense to actually adapt his backstory and origin in the RP proper, I find. ^^;
