Psylocke is a telekinetic, much like Xavier and Jean Grey, but not quite at their level. She's talented enough to create barriers, move objects an other fun stuff a psychic can do. But she can also create blades with her psychic energy, in case she doesn't have her katana blades handy. She also has a resistance toward psychic energy as well. On top of that, she's a skilled swordswoman. Carrying two long eastern blades, she can easily slice and dice anyone who tries to stand against her. Athletic enough to be a gymnast and skilled enough to be a good martial artist, Betsy is quite the enemy to face...
Weaknesses:
While she does have a great amount of resistance against telekinetic energy, she still one step below the greater psychics and can eventually be overpowered. If her psychic powers are somehow disarmed, she only has her blades to count on in a tough battle, and if she's disarmed of those, she's screwed.
Personality:
Because of her rough past, Betsy grew up a rather serious girl. She's focused and straight forward, rather blunt, but she means well sometimes. Psylocke always tends to skip on small talk and focus solely on a job, and takes failure very seriously. Although, her soft side can open on a rare occasion. Very studious, always reading to try to expand her mind, especially if it help her psychic abilities. Despite the fact she wears the skimpiest outfits (for flexibility, she swears), she despises men who try to flirt with her, or touch her in a bad place. She has an impulse where she pulls a blade out and threatens them.

Betsy was born in England a half Japanese half British girl, raised with her half brother. After her parents died, she discovered her own mutant telepathy abilities, and started to develop them on her own. She drifted away from her brother, and drifted around outside of the U.K, taking up various jobs that trained her to be a skilled assassin. Eventually, she was noticed by the world government, and nearly put in a Mutant Prison. Though she was saved by her own kind. Since then, she had decided to repay her own kind, by joining the Brotherhood...
