And he shot off like a bullet.

"....." They weren't sure she was playing dumb or not, because who in their right mind does not KNOW about mutants?! "That boy you were with is a criminal. A mutant terrorist. We're this close to bring you over to the police for questioning if you were willingly associated with him."

"...." After a quick second, "HE'S A CRIMINAL!!!" She fell on her knees, pulling her hair, "OH WAY TO GO, SAL! You want to make you big debut as a superhero and you just flirted with a criminal! Hell, one who's secretly a ninja (and maybe have some turtle form)! Sure, bad boys can be cute, but the people are going to make you look bad like Spider-Man-WAIT!" Then she got back up, "Spider-Man always get backlash from the media... and he always come back up like a hero. Okay, okay, maybe I can still make my superhero career. Sure, there's going to be some haters, but hey that might get me more attention! It'll all work out!"

"......" Okay...she's a lost cause, but... "Whatever, we'll let you go. But word of caution; drop the vigilante attempts, kid. The mayor is planning to go hard on them."

With that, their boot thrusters roared, shooting the three over the buildings, and away.

As he was yanked away, Lance didn't even seem startled by this; he was more than used to Pietro's antics by this point.

"The mayor?" Looks at her costume, "Great, my first day as a hero and I have the law's attention but no cameras?" She groaned looking around, "Hey, where's my clothes?"
Looking around at the damaged mall, she stomped her feet as she walks off, "Great, I have to walk home like this? Where's MJ and Nerdette anyway?"
