"...okay, I'm pretty sure that Rogue couldn't transform into whoever she touched." Deadpool noted, as he quickly snatched Rogue's wrist. "Look, as much as I love to kill hapless soldiers, I think you need a time-out. These guys are a bad influence, you know." And, just to prove how "good" an influence he supposedly was, he fired upon the copters without even looking at them. [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6] And quite the eye he had, for every shot hit directly at the copter's pilots. Without anyone alive to steer, the copters randomly hurled in different directions, like crashing into the school. "Uuugh..." And because she used all her strength to regain control, she was helpless to refuse Deadpool's help. [rand=5406489228523985032976217658747036646642875295077081489481987864]

Hoisting Rogue over his shoulder, Deadpool rubbed his chin. ...hmm... why would Rogue have gone outta control like that...? Humming, he racked his brain for whatever answers he would need... "...and by that, I mean that I'm looking at past pages!" A quick personal recap later... "...alright, Rogue, tell me; just what happened in that locker room?" With a curious hum, he folded his arms. "You can't keep things ambigious from me; that just makes me look stupid! I couldn't afford that, you know!"

Gritting, she looked away, not wanting to talk about it. Heck, she didn't have the energy to ask how he knew she was in the locker room. But being Deadpool, he doesn't need her word, seeing the power of narrative. During the time in the locker room, when Rogue stood up, all the boys quickly backed away like she had a plague. While she was scared, Rogue thought this was her only chance to apologize to Cody for putting him in a coma. But the other boys all shouted at her, demanding her to leave, like the mutant she was. When she thought she saw Cody doing the same, she became so disheartened and grief-stricken, she wanted to die. Her powers was so much of a curse, it made people think she was a witch. And then, the world around her blurred, making her feel sick and...she couldn't remember what happened next.... ...until she woke back to reality, and pushed back all those personalities that tried to take over, again.

"...man... why did I forget to bring my small violin from home?" Deadpool hummed, as he rubbed his chin. "I mean... yeah, this is supposed to be all dramatic and stuff, but I'm distracted by not having been chased/shot back at pursuers for the past fifteen seconds." With a bored yawn, he set her aside against a wall, as he pulled out a gun to check how many bullets he had left in it. "Besides, this just feels... empty! Two PCs and a truckload of mooks? C'mon; someone bring in the big players, already!" With a glance to the side, "Well, of course, I'm the biggest player around, but enough about me... for now."

Regaining some strength, Rogue stood up. It was bad enough that she was treated like a monster, but her powers were going out of control, again. Without Xavier, she can't keep them contained for long. She needed to find a place where she can't get stressed, and to think. "Ah gotta git out of town." she muttered, hurrying off. She can hear some police sirens in the distance, so it's best to run the other way, from them.

Humming, Deadpool glanced between where Rogue was running, and where the sound of sirens flared. ...possible plot progression... or power police plowing? "Ah, alliteration, my good friend!" Clearing his throat, he snapped his fingers... "...following her might lead me to other characters to interact with!" With that, he turned to run right after the mutant.
