The Foot, meanwhile, combed the room. Thanks to that Kraang, their master captured, they got word of these alien freaks being here. Nothing to do now but take any of their alien gear, as well as goods of this room.  But, within what was leftover of the smoke, Batman snuck behind two ninjas... BAM!!And slammed their heads together, knocking them out. He vanished into the smoke, after that. BGM: Batman: Arkham City - This Court Is Now In Session (Ed, since you plays as Shredder, you take over the Foot.) |

Immediately, the noise of two of their fallen sent the ninjas on alert. All of them looked towards where the noise came, before they each drew their weapons. Whoever was inside here with them now... they couldn't afford to grow careless, less they suffer the wrath of their master. One of the ninjas swiftly motioned for some of them to scrounge up the tech that remained around here, while the rest took defensive positions; some of them bringing out kunai with chains, while others held shuriken at the ready. As the ninjas began picking up some of the tech, they waited. Just observing the ninjas try to counteract the increasing threat of the Batman, Zatanna was utterly captivated by this sight. She had to see just who was going to break first... and how Batman was going to break them. |

And one of them that was gathering the tech would feel like the darkness pulled him in, clamping his mouth shut. He would feel oblivion hammering his head enough to knock him out.

As that ninja fainted, collapsing to the ground, another ninja saw his form collapse. Out of desperation, he spun to hurl a shuriken into the darkness, eyes darting to spot the possible outline of their mysterious attacker.

Like that would be possible. They would hear the shuriken hitting something other than flesh. Silence then hit the room, again, as if the mysterious attacker was never there to begin with.

The ninja who had hurled the shuriken narrowed his eyes, before he shot a look back at his comrades, huddling together as they glared around them. How could this even be possible? They were the ruthless Foot Clan, and some wannabe vigilante was trying to catch them off-guard? With a few silent motions, some of them began leaping up to higher ground to scout for the perpetrator, whilst others huddled closely together as they gathered some of the tech; intending to make sure that they couldn't be taken by surprise. ...they're organized, I'll give them that... she thought as she kept observing this from the outside. ...but knowing who they're up against... |

Trained and organized, they are, but not experienced enough. These ninjas obviously were trained for months in the basics of ninjitsu and stealth. Not enough against someone who been trained in such for years. And Batman knew ninjas like to stick to higher grounds, which was why he planted plastic explosives under the catwalks that had enough charge to split it....and one was right under one of them... BOOOM!!![/i] |

"AAAAAH!" And since that ninja hadn't expected that, he plummeted to the floor; the impact knocking the air out of him, sending him into a daze.
The other ninja immediately reacted to the noise, shooting looks directly towards the destroyed catwalk. One of them began breathing heavily out of growing paranoia, before he shot a look towards the shadows. This wasn't just some wannabe vigilante after all... it was as if he was prepared for their every move!

Silence then hit the room, after the roars of the explosion died down...
....and then sounds of metal falling was heard somewhere behind some machinery.

Immediately, two of the ninjas spun towards where those sounds had come from. Neither of them decided to take any chances. They motioned for the ninja that were left to scrounge together what they could before getting out of there, before they leapt towards that machine. Both of them decided to approach this from the opposite side, to try and surprise this person... so in an attempt to catch their opponent in a pincer attack, they lunged in from opposing sides.
