New York State: The X-Breakout

With a hum, Storm hurried to the hatch outside. "...keep the jet steady, Forge." she remarked, as her eyes began glowing white...

...and at that point, strong winds began blowing around the armored convoy; meant to slow down the trucks and intimidate the soldiers. Going all-out could mean trouble for Logan and Rogue, so until they would be safe, Storm wouldn't exactly summon a blizzard or a tornado... but for now, an approaching thunderstorm may not be out of the question.

[AnT]

"What the hell?!" one of the drivers shouted, trying to keep his driving steady against the wind. "How the hell this storm came this sudden?"


"Hm?" Even inside the armored car, she can hear the roaring winds.

[YolkaEd]

He seemed to be the only one not really affected by the sudden winds outside. ...about time.

As Storm focused her all on the thunderstorm outside, she remained unresponsive for the time being; as rain and thunder began accompanying the raging flurry of wind that she directed towards the convoy.

[AnT]

"The hell is?!" the driver cried, trying to keep the van steady. But because of the heavy winds, muddy roads existed, making it too slippery to drive.

The copters had it worse, for the winds kept them very unstable to fly.

While the storm came through...

The two rushed snuck along until they got to the base.

...good luck... Storm thought as she watched the two towards the convoy, whilst focusing her energy into the storm; the real distraction.

With a small hum, Logan glanced at one of the guards; noticing how freaked out he was over the storm.

[AnT]

"The hell..." the driver growled, unable to move the truck. It was caught in a deep mudhole. "Where the hell did that storm...?"

Knowing the files about certain dangerous mutants, the other guard held his earpiece. "Agent Titania. Stand-by! We have company."

@titania@ In one of the trucks, the muscled woman grinned with sinister glee.

He came to the truck and knocked the guard out.

While Panther was trying to undo the lock to the truck.

[AnT]

Until muscled hands ripped out of the back-door like they were paper, grabbing the head of Black Panther.

@titania@ Which happened to be the tall muscled woman; former lackey of Dr. Doom himself. "Wrong truck, gentlemen." she grinned in a German accent.

[kelik]

"You have to be kidding me..." He grunted.

"..." He was very stoic in her grasp. "...it's a shame you had to come across us." He pressed a button hidden in his sleeve, and all of the sudden his entire suit vibrated a lot, giving off a powerful force toward Titania.

[AnT]

@titania@ "Argh!!" she grunted, as the force knocked her back into the truck. "Argh..." But, unharmed, she grinned. "You call that a sound?" And with one hard clap....

BOOOOM!![/i][/size]

And unleashed an exploding shockwave that, not only ripped apart the truck, but would send the two flying.

[kelik]

"!" The two flew back and hit the ground.

"Guh...she's pretty good..."

Suddenly, Panther got back up and ran out at her, throwing Vibranium edges from his fingers.

[AnT]

@titania@ But stomping on the earth, she forced a huge chunk of it to stand, shielding from the blades. With a good punch on the rock, she caused it to explode, sending the chunks, and the blades, right back at Panther and Beast.

[YolkaEd]

From where she stood upon the craft that had gotten them here, Storm's eyes narrowed. "...T'Challa... Henry...!" Narrowing her eyes, the storm actually grew in intensity, though now it was directed more towards Titania than anything else.

He was blown back as he hit a car.

He rose his arms up, grunting. But he charged forward, attempting to tackle the woman down.
