SHIELD Helicarrier: Shock and Awe

As he finally managed to keep his heart-rate at a regular pace, Bruce slowly looked towards Fury. "...it's... my cousin." he spoke, his breath a touch heavy still. "She's been seriously injured, over in Los Angeles... I need to see her."

What idiot gave this room a TV, he wondered. "You can't risk going out there. You're a wanted fugitive, especially by Ross. We still can't get proof of him being the Red Hulk."

Bruce narrowed his eyes a touch. "So what, I can't even see a hospitalized family member? She could die, Fury!" Most thankfully, he could keep his anger from escalating into unleashing Hulk, so he could at least raise his voice for something like this.

It was still against his pride, and duty, not to let him out in the public. But, the doc won't concentrate on his work until he sees his cousin. A angry Banner equals a multi billion dollar ship destroyed. Though his actions is monitored by his superiors, he can say that he was after the clown. Fury been wanting to send that creep to his death srntence ever since he killed some of his best men. The Joker was right up with Winter Solider.

"Alright, fine, but I'm keeping an eye on you, and I want yoy in a disguise."

"...of course." Bruce nodded, as he grew calmer. That he was actually allowed this was a great relief to him, which, in turn, helped him keep the Hulk at bay for now.

Stepping away, he pressed his ear-piece. "Coulson, is Rogers done with check up? I'll need him suit up and accompany me. He'll need to see more of the outside world, anyways."

...the check-up's just about done, sir. He's all ready for you."

As he responded to that, Coulson glanced back at Rogers. "...no time like the present, Captain. Director Fury wants you to suit up."

"Roger that." He got up, closing the file. "I've been eager to get back out there myself." He smirked and walked out.

Glancing at Banner, "Come with me. We need to get you into a uniform." And he walked out...

...if he were to follow, after going down some halls, they would find themselves in a locker room. Coulson would also lead Steve there as well. What stood out in the room, like some museum display, was this...

The new Captain America suit, which was made for the next Captain America, if they could ever fully recreate the Super-Solider serum. But alas, all it was good for was a museum-like display to inspire the troops. But with the return of Steve Rogers, it'll finally be useful.

As he had followed, Bruce looked at this uniform with a lightly wide eyes.



Coulson smiled, as he folded his arms.

"Heh..." He laughed and came up. "Impressive. The stars and stripes stand out as usual. Not that I'm complaining..." The good captain was most definetly pleased.

"That would've been for the next Captain America, but we never been able to make the damn serum right. So many people been trying to replicate it, both us and crazed scientists."

Bruce glanced to the side with a bit of a frown whilst recalling that.

He didn't seem to happy hearing about that, considering what happened to the Red Skull. But he nodded at Fury. "I'll wear it with pride, director. Thanks." He took the outfit and walked off to change.

"Then hurry and suit up. We still need to make the Tesserack a top priorit..." He then haf an idea. "Coulson, change of plans. Take Rogers and head over to Howett's location."
