Logan glanced at Fury with a raised eyebrow. "...didn't know that SHIELD had to answer to the MRD these days." he remarked dryly.

Frowning at him, "That prick, Kelly, got the president in on it. You know SHIELD answers to the president. I guess that Apocalpyse business got him jumpy."

Grunting, Logan glanced to the side. "...figures..." he murmured. Seemed like the wrong people still had the power to influence those in charge...

"But just as told your X-Buddies, during the time mutants were discovered, I can't get involved in mutant affairs...but I can point you in the right dirrection." Nodding, "Coroperate, and your buddies will bail you out."

With a light hum, Logan glanced back at Fury. "...right." he nodded.

"Sir!" A soldier ran in. "It's that female Hulk, she's back! But..."

A portal was opened in the meeting room...

Thanks to a certain Asgardian.

"Whoa!" She dropped in the room with a few other people.

"Guh!" They all hit the middle of the table, surprising everyone.

Yeah, he figured that would happen. But he was ready. "Have nearby armed squad contain their capture."

He simply scoffed, as he took out a cigar from his pocket.

"Uh- we won't!"



"Ooh, is this a game of the floor is hot potato? I love that game!"



Both of them just blinked at that...



...but not to the point that they were distracted from the one pinned underneath the two armored beings and the green amazon.

As soon as Fury gave the word, a whole squad of soldiers ran into the meeting room and surrounded Vanko.

"Well, that worked out perfectly..." She got up, as they took over for her.

He did too. "...ok, where'd we end up exactly?"

"You are on a large steel vessel sailing just out of the arctic skies."

"...so where'd we end up exactly?" He asked again.

Tony groaned, as he rubbed his head. "...my guess? SHIELD's summer home."



"I'd say it's more of a manse to get away from the press, but good guess too!"



"...ugh." With a grunt, Iron Man glanced down at Vanko. "...just contain him somewhere; we'll interrogate him about what he knows... and just to make sure..."

Without hesitation, he shot a hand forward and gripped the palladium core in the armor Vanko wore, and tore it out.



As the armor died out, he grunted.



"...keep him out of reach of any technology." he mused, before crushing the core in his grip.



"...a human criminal...?" Bill assumed.



"...seems like it..." Bruce remarked, as he rubbed his neck.



Doreen smiled brightly as she waved at She-Hulk. "That looks like it went well!" she said with a smile.

The soldiers hauled Vanko away as quickly as possible.

She looked over at Iron Man and War Machine. "De ja vu, hm, boys?"

"Oh boy, small world." He looked over at Widow.

"Oh yeah...bit tired though, could use a shower." She stepped off, but looked over at Bruce. "Think we could have a word a bit later?"

He didn't say anything, but he nodded.



"...all we need is Pepper, Fury and Hammer, and it's a Christmas reunion." Tony remarked with a groan. "I feel like I could use a drink..."

She nodded and walked off. "Thanks."

"Be careful what you wish for, Stark. Director Fury will be here in a second." She crossed her arms.

Meanwhile in the hanger...

"This is so stupid." she hissed as she allowed to soldiers to cuff her.

"That makes two of us, kid, but I ain't got much choice, since that prick of a senator got the president on this. Just corporate until your X-Men buddies bail you."

"Incase you didn't hear, the X-Men disbanded!"

"...didn't you have something you wanted to vent regarding that, Rogue?" Logan hummed as he stood close by the two of them.
