Where is she? Well since she is now CEO of Stark Industries, she's in her office, doing business that involved what Rhodey was talking about.  "Well what do you mean property of Hammer Industries is none of my business?!" she hotly asked on her cell phone. "Did you not recall what his machines did to the Stark Expo, last year? I requested the authorities to confiscate all data of his military mechs or hand them over to Stark---They were forced to give them to higher authorities?! Who?" |

As he approached the office door, Tony knocked on it to let Pepper react properly to him entering the office; since he could hear that she was well busy with dealing with business-related things. |
